2010 Australian Mining Technology Conference: Call for Papers
CRCMining would like to announce its Call for Papers for the 2010 Australian Mining Technology Conference, to be held at the University of Western Australia’s Crawley Campus on September 13-15 2010.The theme for this year’s Conference is “Technology changing the mining business footprint”. The Technical Committee is inviting abstracts from industry and research on the following topics: materials handling, mine planning and scheduling, automated mining technologies, operational decision support, orebody definition and characterisation, mining methods, rock fragmentation and safety improvement. Mining industry and collaborative industry-research papers will be highly regarded. Authors should visit the Conference Website to download the abstract template. Abstracts should be limited to 500 words. Abstracts are due by March 12, with authors being notified of acceptance shortly thereafter. Date Released: 18 February 2010
